POWDERWAKE makes every effort to deliver e-commerce orders as quickly and conveniently as possible. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. To track your order, visit your POWDERWAKE.com account or contact our Customer Care team by e-mail or by phone.
STANDARD/GROUND PROCESSING REQUIRES 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED FOR ITEMS TO LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE.
Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will process the following Monday/Tuesday. Overnight and 2-day shipment selection will be delivered Monday-Friday.
Online orders placed with expedited shipping (Second Day & Next Day) typically ship the following business day for orders placed before 1 PM EST. Packages may be scheduled for Saturday delivery where that service is available (Excludes Sundays & all U.S. federal holidays).
Shipping schedules are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather conditions, and the distance of travel from our distribution center on the East Coast. When calculating your preferred shipping designation, please add 48 hours to the service speed to allow time for fulfillment. “Next Day” means the item will arrive in 2-3 days. If you need an item urgently, we recommend contacting Customer Service at info@powderwake.com and we will be happy to assist with the selection of the appropriate delivery method.

MILITARY / OTHER SHIPMENTS
Orders are available for shipping to all national destinations and carrier´s access point. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APOs.
If you have an issue with your shipment, the best recourse is with the carrier themselves. While POWDERWAKE Customer Service will do what we can to assist, please know that POWDERWAKE cannot be held responsible for delivery issues (including delivery to the wrong address, lost / stolen in transit, or delayed by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.)
